  • Wipe hard drives before disposing or sending for physical destruction
  • Eliminate data before decommissioning or repurposing
  • Clear hard drives between classified programs
  • Wipe hard drives with sensitive or proprietary information that fail under warranty, then must be sent back to manufacturer

Peace of mind for DoD wipe compliance:
To ensure compliance with any security mandate your organization may require, BCWipe Total WipeOut comes fully loaded with a menu of over 10 popular wiping schemes – including U.S. Department of Defense (DoD 5220.22-M) and U.S. Department of Energy (DoE M 205.1-2) standards, as well as the option to create your own customized wiping scheme.

Military-grade technology at your fingertips:
For over 10 years, BCWipe Total WipeOut has been trusted as the de facto standard by the U.S. Department of Defense, all of the top 10 U.S. defense contractors and many U.S. National Laboratories. Despite its industrial strength, BCWipe Total WipeOut is still very easy to use, bringing military-grade wiping technology right to every user’s fingertips.

ADISA verified for Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD) & e-waste centers:
BCWipe Total WipeOut has passed the ADISA Claims Test Process by erasing beyond forensic recovery information stored on a sample of traditional hard disks, as well as solid state drives (SSD). This respected independent confirmation validates BCWipe Total WipeOut as a trustworthy and high-functioning solution for ITAD and e-waste centers.

Support for any operating system:
With BCWipe Total WipeOut, wiping procedures can be run on any hardware platform with x386 and 64-bit AMD/Intel architecture, Itanium or 64-bit SPARC, regardless of the operating system installed on the computer.

Support for SSD & SSHD:
By supporting NVMe and TRIM, users of BCWipe Total WipeOut can securely erase Solid State Drives (SSD) in less time while also avoiding the degradation concerns that would have otherwise reduced SSD performance by about 30 percent. In addition, BCWipe Total WipeOut can wipe entire Solid State Hybrid Drives (SSHD).

Centralized wiping & reporting for enterprises:
By using nothing more than a web browser, BCWipe Total WipeOut users can run any of the software’s DoD-approved wiping schemes to erase HDDs, SSDs and SSHDs on multiple computers simultaneously and retrieve wiping reports from a central server over the network. BCWipe Total WipeOut – Enterprise Edition significantly reduces total cost of ownership, thanks to faster deployment times, minimized maintenance and superior management of reporting for auditing purposes.

Option to wipe an unlimited number of hard drives:
Enterprise Edition customers have the option of buying licenses for a defined number of wipes or purchasing an annual license to wipe an unlimited number of hard drives. To discuss licensing and pricing options, contact our Data Protection Specialist.
