This article covers setting up a Virtual USB Server (UPS) for configuration access over USB using Windows 10. You have to connect OTG cable like below to your Windows 10 machine via USB port.
You can find Virtual USB Server on your network using their hostname followed by

If you have our Virtual USB Client installed, it will install the bonjour service.
