Setting up POP3 Servers
Post Office Protocol version 3 (POP3) is a standard mail protocol used to receive emails from a remote server to a local email client. POP3 allows you to download email messages on your local computer and read them even when you are offline.

POP3 Server Fields
Description
POP3 Accounts
Existing POP3 Server Profiles.
POP3 Account Name
You can set a meaning name to identify the POP3 profile.
POP3 server name/IP
You can enter host name or the IP address of the POP3 server.
POP3 port
You enter the network port of the POP3 server in integer.
User ID
User ID for POP3 authentication.
Password
Password for POP3 authentication.
Enable SSL
Use SSL to connect to POP3 Server.
Set Active
Once this is active, upon VMR start, the POP3 service will poll for messages.
Delete After Retrieve
This set the option to delete the message in the server after downloading to VMR.
Download Unseen
This set the option to download message that have not been downloaded before.
